She specializes in precision cuts and styling, and believes every appointment should leave you feeling more confident than when you walked through the door. Her approachable nature and genuine love for connecting with people have helped create the welcoming atmosphere that defines Chez Rouge.
When she’s away from the salon, Tina enjoys spending time with family and close friends, traveling through Europe whenever she gets the chance, and finding inspiration in everything from documentaries to Christmas crafts. She loves creating signatures styles that are timeless, effortless and always cool.
Amberlee is known for creating a warm, welcoming space where clients can relax. She's just as passionate about building meaningful connection as she is about creating stunning transformations. From rich brunettes and radiant blondes to vibrant reds and seamless extensions, she loves creating striking hair that makes every client feel like the best version of themselves.
When she's not at the salon, Amberlee is usually out making memories with her husband and two daughters. Whether snowboarding, exploring the desert, or spending time at the river, she loves spending time outdoors and making the best of living in Southern California. Her clients know they can count on her for beautiful hair, honest conversation, and a chair where they feel completely at home
Klarissa has a true artist's eye for color and cutting. Whether shes creating vivid transformations or beautifully blended dimensional color, her attention to detail shines through in her work.
Around the salon, Klarissa is known for her big personality, quick wit and unapologetic honesty. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her friends, spoiling her cat, and making the most of every adventure. Beneath her bold exterior is a fiercely loyal heart that loves helping her clients feel confident, refreshed, and their complete true selves.
Mae believes that hair should be a reflection of the individual wearing it. She loves working with every hair texture and type to preserve the integrity of the hair and her cutting style is intuitive-letting the hair tell us what it wants to do. Whether youre looking for a bold transformation or simply want to feel more like yourself, Mae's goal is to create hair that is authentic, wearable, and uniquely yours.
Outside the salon, Mae finds inspiration everywhere from vintage treasures and colorful designs, to holiday decorating and love of culture and travel adventures with her husband and two young boys. Her artistic eye, love of creativity, and genuine connection with people come together making the experience as meaningful as the end result.
As San Diego native, Cynthia has been creating beautiful nails since 2012. She loves blending creativity with technical skill, whether she’s crafting minimalist chrome designs, detailed line work, or helping clients achieve healthy, natural-looking nails. From builder gel and Gel-X to luxurious manicures and pedicures, her goal is always the same: helping every client leave feeling confident, inspired, and excited about their nails.
When she’s not in the salon, you’ll probably find Cynthia at the San Diego Zoo, Disneyland, puzzling on the couch with her dogs nearby, or planning her next trip to the beaches of Huatulco, Oaxaca. Known for being funny, easy to talk to, and refreshingly honest, she believes the best appointments are equal parts creativity, conversation, and a little bit of laughter.
